The next step involves drilling holes, including round holes at the ends of the center links to ensure cleanliness and flexibility of the bracelet. The threads on the end links are created using an imported "tap," ensuring a smooth and secure fit. Each individual link is polished separately before assembly. After assembly, precise fixtures are used to grind the edges at specific angles. Notably, the Rolex crown logo on the clasp is meticulously carved using high-speed precision CNC technology to achieve an identical appearance to the original. It's worth mentioning that the angular surfaces and rotating parts of the bracelet are processed using a specialized "diamond cutter" to maintain smoothness and precision.
